Are the books suitable for my child's age?
Yes: each book clearly indicates the grade level and age range, from preschool (Petite Section) to the final year of high school (Terminale), with additional works for the CRPE and nursing school (IFSI) studies. Check the level, table of contents, and excerpts on the product page to choose.
In what format are the books delivered?
The shop offers paper books and certain works in PDF format. The format, number of pages, and delivery method are specified on each product page. Paper books are shipped to your home; PDFs are downloaded after purchase.
What are the delivery times?
Each book is printed on demand, specifically for you, in Europe: please allow 2 to 5 business days for printing and 3 to 5 business days for shipping, for a total of 5 to 10 business days after your order.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on all your orders in metropolitan France, with no minimum purchase required, starting from the very first book.
Do you deliver outside of metropolitan France?
Not yet: for the moment, we only deliver within metropolitan France. Write to us via the contact page if you would like to be notified when other destinations open up.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your book leaves the workshop, you will receive a shipping email with the parcel tracking link.
How do the PDF books work?
These are 100% digital products: after purchase, you receive a download link—nothing is shipped. You can print them at home as many times as you like.
Can I return a book?
Yes: you have a 14-day withdrawal period after receipt (return shipping costs remain your responsibility). Legal exception: digital products that have been downloaded cannot be refunded once the download has been completed.
My book arrived damaged or poorly printed, what should I do?
Simply send us a photo via the contact page: we will reprint and reship your book free of charge. This is our reprint guarantee.
What is the difference between kidibook.com and this shop?
kidibook.com presents our resources and workbooks to print at home. The Kidibook Éditions shop allows you to order paper books printed on demand and delivered to your home, as well as certain works in PDF format. The format and price are indicated on each product page.
How do I choose the right level?
Choose the grade level your child has just completed to review during the holidays, or the upcoming grade level to get ahead. If in doubt between two levels, choose the lower one: confidence first.
Is payment secure?
Yes: payment is processed by Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), with end-to-end encryption. No banking data passes through our servers.
